Not Published!!!!

Apparently I am not yet published.  The errors discovered in the proof copy have not yet been corrected and the print run has not occurred.  Therefore, Amazon now indicates the book is not available.

I'm sorry for the confusion and misinformation.  I continue to learn about this business.
